🔐 All Smart Insights and financial analytics are generated locally on your device using your own data. We do not share your financial data with any AI or analytics third-parties.
4. Data Storage & Retention
Your financial data is stored locally on your device using an encrypted local database. When you enable cloud sync, your data is also stored on Firebase Realtime Database servers operated by Google, located in secure data centers.
- Local Storage: Data persists on your device until you clear app data, reset your account, or delete your account.
- Cloud Storage: Synced data is retained as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are permanently removed within 30 days.
- PIN Code: If you set a PIN code, it is stored securely and is used only for local app authentication.

- Secure Authentication: We use OAuth 2.0 via Google and Apple for secure sign-in. We never store your Google or Apple password.
- Local Security: Optional PIN code protection to prevent unauthorized access to the app.
- Firebase Security Rules: Database access is restricted to authenticated users, and each user can only access their own data.
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use the PIN code feature and keep your device secure.
7. Your Rights & Choices
You have full control over your data:
- Access & Export: View all your financial data within the app at any time.
- Edit: Modify any transaction, wallet, budget, or goal.
- Reset Account: Clear all financial data while keeping your account active (Profile → Reset Account).
- Delete Account: Permanently delete your account and all associated data (Profile → Delete Account).
- Notification Control: Enable or disable daily reminders, budget alerts, and spending summaries independently.
- Opt-out of Analytics: You can limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings.
8. Children's Privacy
FastMoni is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete the information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
